We feel that a lengthy privacy policy and terms and conditions create mistrust in general. In that spirit, we feel that we are doing what we would want the sites we visit to do for us.

In short:

  • take reasonable measures to protect site visitors’ privacy and
  • not sell information to third parties

Please note that you accept the terms of this policy by using the service and that these terms may change from time to time.

Purpose of ClubKeeper

ClubKeeper is for managing Toastmasters Club Operations.It is not owned, operated or funded by Toastmasters International.

Third Party links.

Links to external sources are not necessarily controlled by ClubKeeper. Users are cautioned to be careful opening up links to other sites.

Use of Information

Your information will only be used to:

  • Provide the notifications and services ClubKeeper provides for you as a Toastmaster Member in the context of your Club, Area, Division and District.
  • For administration purposes

Information of Children

Membership with Toastmasters International is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older, therefore there is no expectation that individuals younger than this would be using the site. Nonetheless, should there be a situation where a child’s information is on the site, parents can request that the information be removed by contacting support@clubkeeper.org.

Cookie Use

Occasionally, cookies will be used to permit the operations of ClubKeeper.

Data is stored in the United States.

While we are not under the umbrella of the GPDR, we do believe in the spirit of Subject Access/User Rights. If you have any questions or wish to exercise rights similar to those under the GPDR (but with the clear knowledge we are not governed by those laws), please contact support@clubkeeper.org.

Data Retention

We will retain your information as long as your individual account is active. Should you cancel your account or request that we not contact you, we will delete your information. Note, as Club officers can import your information (and your name is necessary for the proper use of the agenda tool), officers may choose to re-add your info.
